His projected self is little more than a pretty face and a pleasant voice, with dose of gregarious charm thrown in.Underneath this armor of congeniality, Valoren is still discovering himself. He can be cruel, though his conscience is growing on him like mold, and he can be a mischievous goofball around the right people. However, it takes a lot to get him to let down the mask.

After being accused of murdering his sister, Valoren went on the run from Ishgard, the place he'd called home for most of his life.When Valoren returned to his home, it was with new power, new allies, and a new lease on life. In addition to running his tavern, the Rose & Portent, Valoren has taken up adventuring with a group of mercenaries informally known as the Gladius Coalition. He can also be found working as a host at the Corsair, or helping as a barista at the Bookmark.
